Shipping

• All orders ship USPS First Class – Domestic or International
• Tracking numbers will be provided when your order ships in an “Order Complete” email. Please check your email account’s spam folder if you do not receive an email.
• Orders ship from San Diego, CA, USA.
• Most orders ship within 2-3 days of ordering. BrotoGP Merch is a one-man shop. A high volume of orders can slow things a little bit.

Returns

• Contact BrotoGP at brotogp.tho@gmail.com within 20 days of order delivery. BrotoGP cannot accept returns after this.

• All products must be returned in original new condition.
• BrotoGP will pay for return shipping for any issue caused by BrotoGP such as product defects or mailing a size that does not match the order.
• Return shipping costs for any other reason is the responsibility of the customer.
• BrotoGP cannot guarantee any exchanges. Stock is usually very limited. We will do our best.
